Single project

Flat fee per project
One project estimate with a full Excel takeoff priced from RSMeans data and ZIP-matched local vendor quotes, plus colour-coded PDF working drawings.
Monthly package
$2,500/month
For 8 to 10 projects
Covers 8 to 10 projects a month for active bidding teams. Each project receives the same takeoff, delivery, and second-estimator check as a single project.
Written terms
Confirmed in writing before work begins
Before estimating starts, we confirm the scope, fee, and delivery date in writing. Nothing is billed beyond the agreed fee, and the delivery date is fixed to your bid due date.
